Creating a Relocation Policy

Developing and maintaining a corporate relocation policy is critical for assuring consistent successful relocations for the company and the transferee. A written policy should:

• Clearly define the benefits package and outline employee responsibilities to allow management to plan ahead and the employee to know what to expect.
